Minutes are derived, not recorded directly: a start with no substitution-off event counts as 90; a substitute, or a player replaced mid-match, is timed from the actual substitution minute recorded in the source. A ≤ prefix (career totals only) means at least one appearance's entry time was never recorded, so only the known exit minute could be counted.
